摘要
目的:为了解广州市化妆品生产企业的生产环境状况,对2021年广州市18家化妆品生产企业的139间化妆品生产车间的检测结果进行分析。方法:采用现场采样的检测方法,对广州市18家化妆品生产企业的139间化妆品生产车间(包括配制间、灌装间、半成品储存间、清洁容器储存间、包装间)进行空气悬浮粒子、微生物指标、其他相关技术指标静态的现场检测及空气中细菌菌落总数动态的现场检测。结果:139间化妆品生产车间空气洁净度达到10万级要求的有132间,空气中细菌菌落总数合格的有133间,其中悬浮粒子的合格率为94%,浮游菌的合格率为100%,沉降菌的合格率为100%,空气中细菌菌落总数的合格率为95%。结论:广州市化妆品生产企业生产车间环境卫生状况较好,但仍需加强生产车间风速、压差、空气中悬浮粒子、空气中细菌菌落总数的控制。
In order to understand the production environment of Guangzhou cosmetic production enterprises,the test results of 139 cosmetic production workshops of 18 cosmetic production enterprises in Guangzhou in 2021 were analyzed.Methods:Using the detection method of on-site sampling,139 cosmetic production workshops(including preparation room,filling room,semi-finished product storage room,clean container storage room,and packaging room)of 18cosmetic production enterprises in Guangzhou were tested for airborne particles,microorganisms,etc.Indicators,other related technical indicators static on-site detection and dynamic on-site detection of the total number of bacterial colonies in the air.Results:Among the 139 cosmetic production workshops,132 had the air cleanliness requirement of 100,000,and 133 had the total number of bacterial colonies in the air.Among them,the qualified rate of suspended particles was 94%,and the qualified rate of planktonic bacteria was 100%.The qualified rate of sedimentation bacteria was 100%,and the qualified rate of total bacterial colonies in the air was 95%.Conclusion:The sanitation conditions of the production workshops of cosmetic production enterprises in Guangzhou are good,but it is still necessary to strengthen the control of wind speed,pressure difference,suspended particles in the air,and total bacterial colonies in the air.
