摘要
我国以煤为主的资源禀赋,决定了煤电在相当长时期内仍将承担保障我国能源电力安全的重要作用。随着我国碳达峰、碳中和目标的提出,煤电将逐步由提供电力电量的主体电源转变为电力电量并重的支撑性和调节性电源,面对新时代对煤电功能定位转变的新要求,研究分析了我国煤电如何持续推动自身高质量发展面临的问题,提出相应的对策建议,以推动煤电高质量发展。
China’s coal-dominated resource endowment determines that coal-fired power will still play an important role in ensuring my country’s energy and power security for a long period of time.With the proposal of China’s carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals,coal power will gradually change from the main power source that provides power to a supporting and regulating power source that pays equal attention to power and power.Facing the new requirements for the transformation of coal power functions in the new era,studies and analyzes how China’s coal power continues to promote its own high-quality development,the problems it faces,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to promote the high-quality development of coal power.
