摘要
某印染废水具有排放量大、污染物浓度高、碱性强、色度高、可生化性差、降解难等特点,根据企业废水排放特点,通过对高、低浓度废水“分类收集,分质处理”,采用UASB-混凝初沉-水解酸化-好氧生化-脱色组合工艺进行处理,介绍了主体工艺流程及主要建(构)筑物参数。运行实践表明,该套废水处理系统运行稳定,在高浓度废水COD_(Cr)、色度进水指标分别为16000 mg/L、3000倍,低浓度废水COD_(Cr)、色度进水指标分别为1500 mg/L、800倍时,系统总出水COD_(Cr)、色度指标分别为160 mg/L、60倍左右,能稳定达到GB 4287—2012《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》表2间接排放标准。
According to the characteristics of the wastewater discharged from a printing and dyeing enterprise such as:large quantity,high pollutants concentrations;high alkalinity,high chroma,poor biodegradability and degradability,a method of"classified collection and properties-classified treatment"was adopted for separate treatment of high and low concentration wastewater.Using a combined process of UASB-coagulation primary sedimentation-hydrolytic acidification-aerobic biochemical treatment-decolorization to treat the said kind of wastewater,the process flow and the parameters of the main structures were introduced.The operation practice showed that,the said wastewater treatment system ran stably,under the condition that,the mass concentrations of CODCr in high concentration wastewater and low concentration wastewater were 16000 and 1500 mg/L respectively,and the corresponding chroma were 3000 and 800 times respectively,the total mass concentration of CODCr and chroma in the effluent water were about 160 mg/L and 60 times respectively,which stably met the requirement of indirection emission standard in Table 2 of GB 4287—2012 Discharge standard of water pollutants for dyeing and finishing of textile industry.
