摘要
采用造纸法再造烟叶产生的烟草废水具有悬浮物和有机物浓度高、色度高、含有毒性物质、易腐化变质等特点,设计采用混凝沉淀-高效气浮-水解酸化-UASB-A/O-混凝终沉-脱色工艺处理该废水,介绍了该组合工艺的流程、主要设计参数及处理效果。实际运行结果表明,该工艺运行稳定、抗冲击负荷能力强,出水稳定达到GB/T 31962—2015《污水排入城镇下水道水质标准》 B等级标准后排入市政管网。
Tobacco wastewater produced by reconstituting tobacco leaves using papermaking process has characteristics of high suspended solids and organic matters concentrations, high chroma, toxic substances-containing, easy to decay, and so on. Using coagulation sedimentation-high efficient air flotation-hydrolytic acidifaction-UASB-A/O-coagulation sedimentation-decolorization to treat the said kind of wastewater, the flow, main design parameters and treatment effect of the combined process were introduced. The actual operation results showed that, the said process ran stably with a strong anti shock load capacity, the effluent water quality met the requirement of class B standard of GB/T 31962—2015 Water quality standard for sewage discharge into urban sewers, and then discharged into municipal pipe network.
