摘要
试验旨在研究丁酸梭菌对肉牛的营养物质表观消化率、生长性能、粪便微生物组成以及血清生化指标的影响。选取40头、12月龄、体重约为350 kg的健康“西门塔尔×秦川”杂交肉牛,随机分为2组,每组20个重复,每个重复1头牛。对照组肉牛饲喂基础日粮,丁酸梭菌组在基础日粮中添加20 g/(头·d)的丁酸梭菌(活菌数≥1.0×10^(9)CFU/g)。预试期14 d,正式试验期60 d。结果显示:与对照组相比,丁酸梭菌组肉牛的干物质表观消化率显著增加(P<0.05);肉牛粪便中的大肠杆菌总数显著低于对照组(P<0.05),乳酸菌总数显著高于对照组(P<0.05);肉牛血清的总蛋白(TP)含量和谷丙转氨酶(ALT)活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究表明,丁酸梭菌能够提高饲料干物质消化率,降低肉牛肠道有害菌的数量,提高血清的TP含量和ALT活性。
The experiment was to study the effect of Clostridium butyricum on apparent digestibility of nutrients, growth performance, microbial composition and serum biochemical indexes of growing beef cattle. 40 healthy ’Simmental ×Qinchuan’ crossbred cattle aged 12 months and weighing about 350 kg were randomly divided into two groups, with20 replicates in each group, and one replicate in each group. The beef cattle in control group were fed with basal diet, and the beef cattle in Clostridium butyricum group were fed with 20 g/(head·d) Clostridium butyricum(viable bacteria number≥1.0×10^(9)CFU/g) in basal diet. The pre-feeding period was 14 d and the experimental period was 60 d. The results showed that compared with control group, the dry matter apparent digestibility of beef cattle in Clostridium butyricum group was significantly increased(P<0.05). The total number of Escherichia coli in feces of beef cattle was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05), and the total number of Lactobacillus was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05). TP content and ALT activity in beef serum were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05). The experiment indicates that Clostridium butyricum can improve the dry matter digestibility of feed, reduce intestinal harmful bacteria quantity, and increase serum TP content and ALT activity.
