摘要
酪酸菌具有促进动物生长、提高机体免疫力、维持肠道菌群平衡等功能,但由于酪酸菌作为饲料添加剂使用,具有价格高、效果不稳定等特点,影响了其在动物生产中的广泛应用。文章介绍酪酸菌的来源、分类、特性及发酵工艺,并对饲用酪酸菌制剂的生物学功能及在动物生产中的应用进行综述。
Clostridium butyricum can promote the growth of animals,improve the immunity of the body,maintain the balance of intestinal flora and other functions,but the use as feed additive has the characteristics of high price and unstable effect,which affects the wide application in animal production.The paper introduced the source,classification,characteristics and fermentation technology of Clostridium butyricum,and discussed the biological function of Clostridium butyricum and the application in animal production.
