摘要
目的:研究对盆腔炎患者应用标准化护理模式的影响。方法:选取于清水县人民医院接受治疗的72例盆腔炎患者(2020.04-2021.04),随机抽签分组,对照组(36例,应用常规护理),观察组(36例,应用标准化护理模式),比较两组盆腔炎彻底转阴时间、治疗总时间、生活质量指标、不良反应发生状况及护理满意度。结果:相比于对照组盆腔炎彻底转阴时间、治疗总时间,观察组更短(P<0.05)。相较于对照组患者生活质量,观察组更优(P<0.05)。与对照组不良反应发生率(22.22%)比较,观察组(5.56%)更低(P<0.05)。相较于对照组护理满意率(80.56%),观察组(97.22%)明显更高(P<0.05)。结论:于盆腔炎患者治疗中,应用标准化护理模式效果理想,可加快患者康复速度,提升生活质量,提高护理满意度,降低不良反应发生风险,具备较高的推广可行性。
Objective:To study the application of standardized nursing model for patients with pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods:72 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease(from April 2020 to April 2021) admitted in Qingshui People’s Hospital were selected and divided into control group(36 applied with conventional nursing) and observation group(36 applied with standardized nursing mode) with random lottery.Pelvic inflammatory disease thoroughly turn time,total time of treatment,and the quality of life index,adverse reactions occurred situation and nursing satisfaction in the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the total treatment time of pelvic inflammatory disease was shorter in the observation group(P<0.05),and the quality of life was better in the observation group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group(22.22%),the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(5.56%) was lower(P<0.05).Compared with the control group(80.56%),the nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group(97.22%) was significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of patients with pelvic inflammatory disease,the application of standardized nursing mode has ideal effect,which can speed up the recovery of patients,improve the quality of life,improve the nursing satisfaction,reduce the risk of adverse reactions,with high feasibility of promotion.
