Effect of Low Molecular Weight Heparin on Lower Extremity Deep Vein Thrombosis in Patients Undergoing Radical Lung Cancer Surgery

摘要目的探讨低相对分子质量肝素(LMWH)对肺癌根治术患者下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)的影响。方法选取2019年3月-2021年3月我院收治的80例肺癌患者,均行根治术,随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组予以常规抗血栓,观察组在此基础上予LMWH。比较两组患者临床指标、凝血指标、下肢DVT发生状况。结果两组患者手术时间及术中出血量无明显差差异(P>0.05);观察组患者D-D、Fbg水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组下肢DVT发生率为2.50%,明显低于对照组的17.50%(P<0.05)。结论LMWH有利于维持肺癌根治术患者凝血系统的稳定,降低下肢DVT的发生率。
