摘要
从辽宁省2020年评选的“专精特新”“小巨人”企业中选取35家企业作为研究样本,利用DEA模型对不同公司的技术效率、规模效率和综合效率进行考察,研究影响各企业科技创新投入产出效率的关键性因素。研究结果表明:各个“小巨人”企业中科学技术创新的投资规模变化很大,科技创新投入与科技创新输出不完全正相关,整体的科技创新效率都需要改善。最后,将样本中DEA有效的企业作为标杆企业进行分析,为辽宁省中小型公司配置科技创新资源,提高资源配置能力,提升科技创新效率提供有益的理论支撑与策略启示。
35 enterprises were selected as research samples from the“Little Giants”selected by Liaoning Province in 2020,and DEA model was used to investigate the technical efficiency,scale efficiency and comprehensive efficiency of different companies,so as to study the key factors affecting the input-output efficiency of each enterprise′s scientific and technological innovation.It was concluded from the research results that the investment scale of scientific and technological innovation in each“Little Giant”enterprise varies greatly,the input of scientific and technological innovation was not completely positively correlated with the output of scientific and technological innovation,and the overall efficiency of scientific and technological innovation needed to be improved.Finally,the enterprises with effective DEA in the sample were analyzed as benchmark enterprises,which provide beneficial theoretical support and strategic inspiration for small and medium-sized enterprises in Liaoning Province to allocate scientific and technological innovation resources,improve resource allocation ability and enhance scientific and technological innovation efficiency.
