摘要
本文从“以用户为中心的设计”理念出发,在分析智能人机交互(iHCI)的人因特征和提出“面向用户的iHCI”新理念的基础上,进一步提出一个基于协同认知系统理论、情景意识认知理论、智能代理理论的iHCI人因工程新框架。采用以上新理念和新框架,分析智能自动驾驶车人机共驾的人因问题以及协同认知生态系统,提出人因工程的初步解决方案。最后,分析iHCI研究的两个基本问题(用户意图识别、人机协同合作),指出今后人因工程研究的重点。
Starting from the design philosophy of“user-cen-tered design”,this paper analyzes the human factors characteristics of intelligent human-computer inter-action(iHCI)and proposes a concept of“user-ori-ented iHCI”.The paper further proposes a new hu-man factors framework for iHCI based on the theories of joint cognitive systems,situation awareness,and intelligent agents.With the help of the concept and framework,the paper analyzes the human factors is-sues in the ecosystem of autonomous vehicle co-driving and proposes an initial human factors so-lution.Finally,the paper analyzes the two important research areas in iHCI(i.e.,user intention recogni-tion,human-computer collaboration)and points out the key human factors questions for future research.
