摘要
针对电网规划中输配电网协调性不足和资源利用率不高的问题,将直供负荷纳入电网规划中,以合理利用高电压等级变电站的容量,并充分利用变压器低压侧直供潜力来提高电网的供电能力。通过引入反馈变量,建立输电网与配电网连接处功率耦合关系,实现输电网规划模型和配电网规划模型的分布式求解,在优化配置模型求解过程中,由于目标函数比较复杂且为非线性函数,采用群体最优值交叉操作的量子粒子群算法(CRQPSO)对其进行求解,并建立粒子记忆集以加快模型收敛速度案例分析验证了所提方法的有效性。
Aiming at the insufficient coordination of transmission and distribution network,low resource utilization in grid planning,the direct supply load is incorporated into distribution network planning to make rational use of the capacity of high-voltage substations and make full use of the direct supply potential of low-voltage side of the transformer to improve the power supply capacity of the grid.Through the introduction of feedback variables,the power coupling relationship between transmission grid and distribution network is established to realize the distributed solution of transmission grid planning model and the distribution network planning model.In the process of solving the optimal configuration model,the objective function is relatively complex and non-linear,the quantum particle swarm optimization algorithm(CR-QPSO)with the crossover operation of the population optimal value is used to solve it,and the particle memory set is established to speed up the convergence of the model.
