摘要
分析了线路负载率分布的均衡性对电网运行可靠性、经济性的影响,根据网络结构熵理论构造电网负载均衡性的评价指标,综合考虑建设成本、运行损耗以及负载均衡性,建立了输电网扩展规划的多目标优化模型,从而达到提高电网运行可靠性和经济性的目的;改进了杂草算法以解决其早熟问题,运用该算法对优化模型求解。通过对IEEE18节点和巴西南部46节点系统算例分析,从经济性和可靠性两方面将优化模型与传统模型进行对比,证明了模型及算法应用于输电网规划的可行性。
Analyzing the distribution of the network load balance impact on grid reliability and economy. According to network structure entropy theory structure the evaluation index of power grid balance, overall consideration of construction cost, operation wastage and local balance, setting up the multiple target optimization model of transmission grid plan, which to reach the aim of improving the working reliability and economy of power grid. Improving weeds arithmetic, solving it rs issue of precocity and applying this arithmetic to solve optimization model. Through the analysis of system compute examples of IEEE 18-bus system and Brazilian South 46-bus system, from economy and reliability these two aspect comparing this optimizing model to traditional model, having certified the feasibility of model and arithmetic that applying to transmission grid plan.
