摘要
采用响应面法对诱导富集三萜类化合物灵芝酸A的液态培养基配方进行优化,得到最优配方为:葡萄糖35 g,组氨酸0.7 g,复合VB 40 mg(VB_(1)6 mg,VB_(2)3 mg,VB_(6)0.4 mg,烟酰胺20 mg,泛酸钙2 mg),牛磺酸0.1 g,蒸馏水1000 mL。用5%NaOH以及5%HCl调节pH至6.4。在26℃、160 r·min^(-1)的条件下,此培养基上灵芝菌丝生物量为11.45 g·L^(-1),灵芝酸A的产量为137.98 mg·L^(-1)。
The formula of liquid culture medium,which induced the enrichment of Ganoderma triterpenoid ganoderic acid A,was optimized using the response surface method.The optimal formula was as followed:glucose 35 g,histidine 0.7 g,complex B vitamins 40 mg(VB_(1)6 mg,VB_(2)3 mg,VB_(6)0.4 mg,niacinamide 20 mg,calcium pantothenate 2 mg),taurine 0.1 g,and distilled water 1000 mL.Adjusting pH to 6.4 with 5%NaOH and 5%HCl.At 26℃and 160 r·min^(-1),the mycelium biomass of Ganoderma lucidum on the medium was 11.45 g·L^(-1),and the yield of ganoderic acid A was 137.98 mg·L^(-1).
