乙醇/硫酸铵双水相体系分离灵芝酸的研究 被引量:5

摘要 研究观察了乙醇/硫酸铵双水相萃取灵芝酸的可能性及其影响因素。结果表明,灵芝酸在该体系中的收率和分配系数均随硫酸铵、乙醇质量分数的增加以及温度的升高而增大,但随着pH的提高而下降;在硫酸铵、乙醇的质量分数分别为22%和27.63%,自然pH,温度70℃时,收率可达74.23%,分配系数为6.63。研究结果为灵芝酸的提取分离提供了新途径。
