摘要
职业化专业化药品检查从业人员职业素养主要是指其依法履行工作职责时,所表现出的一系列综合素养。在对职业化专业化药品检查员职业素养进行培养的同时,更需要积极地组建队伍。基于此,该文分别以职业道德、职业意识、职业知识、职业能力、职业精神、身体素质几方面提出了药品检查员的职业素养培养策略,以明确检查事权、规范编制管理多渠道充实药品检查员队伍,综述职业化专业化药品检查员的职业素养与队伍建设策略,希望对相关人员有所帮助。
The professional quality of professional drug inspection practitioners mainly refers to a series of comprehensive qualities that they show when they perform their duties according to law.While cultivating the professional quality of professional and specialized drug inspectors,it is more necessary to actively form a team.Based on this,this paper puts forward the professional quality training strategies of drug inspectors from the aspects of professional ethics,professional awareness,professional knowledge,professional ability,professional spirit and physical quality,so as to clarify the inspection authority,standardize the preparation and management of multiple channels to enrich the drug inspection This article summarizes the professional quality and team building strategies of professional and specialized drug inspectors,hoping to be helpful to relevant personnel.
