摘要
以陕西澄合百良旭升煤矿为工程背景,对短壁干式充填巷间煤柱宽度进行了理论计算和数值模拟研究,并进行了现场工业性试验。监测数据表明,充填巷围岩变形较为平均,围岩松动圈发育范围0~2 m,均小于锚杆锚固深度,留设煤柱和支护设计能够满足安全生产的需要。相比于垮落法管理顶板,短壁干式充填开采上覆岩层结构和采场应力有着很大的不同,工作面上覆岩层结构形态以完整层状岩层为主,开采对上覆岩层扰动较小,有利于固废处置与煤炭资源的安全开采。
Based on the engineering background of Shaanxi Chenghe Bailiang Xusheng Coal Mine,the theoretical calculation and numerical simulation of the coal pillars width between short wall dry filling roadways are carried out,and the field industrial test was carried out.The monitoring data show that the deformation of surrounding rock of filling roadway is relatively average,and the development range of surrounding rock loose zone is 0~2 m,which is less than the anchor depth.The design of coal pillar width and roadway support can meet the safety production.Compared with the caving method to manage the roof,the overlying strata structure and stope stress of the short wall dry filling mining are very different.The overlying strata structure of the working face is mainly complete layered strata,and the mining has less disturbance on the overlying strata,which is conducive to the disposal of solid waste and the safe mining of coal resources.
