摘要
以郭屯煤矿深埋2303工作面为工程背景,通过建立煤柱力学模型,分析了影响沿空掘巷煤柱合理宽度的因素;研究了6种不同宽度煤柱下沿空巷道围岩应力、变形和塑性区演化特征,确定煤柱合理宽度为5 m;提出了预留变形+锚网索非对称支护的小煤柱工作面顺槽围岩控制技术方案。矿压监测结果表明:煤柱帮50 d变形量为51.30 mm,顺槽使用过程中无冒顶片帮现象。研究成果可为类似深埋厚煤层工作面小煤柱留设及顺槽支护提供借鉴。
Taking the deep buried 2303 working face of Guotun coal mine as the engineering background,the factors affecting the reasonable width of coal pillar in gob driving roadway are analyzed by establishing coal pillar mechanical model.The stress,deformation and plastic zone evolution characteristics of surrounding rock of gob-side roadway under six coal pillars with different widths were studied,and the reasonable width of coal pillars was determined to be 5 m.The technical scheme for controlling surrounding rock of small coal pillar working face with reserved deformation and unsymmetrical support of anchor mesh cable is proposed.The results of mine pressure monitoring show that the deformation of coal pillar wall is 51.30 mm after 50 days,and there is no roof wall during the use of the channel.The research results can be used for reference for small coal pillar retention and channel support of similar deep buried thick coal face.
