亚热带高容高密度地区中小学建筑活力重塑——以深圳前海桂湾四单元学校为例 被引量:1

摘要 亚热带高容高密度地区中小学建筑现存城市空间功能单一、文化氛围缺失的问题。通过结合设计理念与手法,以深圳前海桂湾四单元九年一贯制学校方案为例,对中小学建筑提出谦逊而具有在地性的城市设计策略、人本逻辑与场景丰富的复合化校园空间策略,采用互文与对景、底层架空、体量延伸等手法,增加校园的开放度,加强文化认同性与沉浸性。通过空间功能与属性的复合,强调人本逻辑与复合型的情景化教学,重新定义学生和学校的教学模式关系,为亚热带高容高密度地区中小学建筑的活力重塑提供了一定的参考性。 The construction of primary and secondary schools in subtropical high capacity and high density areas has the problems of single urban spatial function and being lack of cultural atmosphere.By combining design concepts and techniques,taking the nine-year consistent school scheme of unit 4 in Qianhai Guiwan in Shenzhen as an example,this paper puts forward modest and local urban design strategy,humanistic logic and scene rich compound campus space strategy for primary and secondary school buildings,and adopts intertextuality and landscape,ground floor overhead,volume extension and other methods to increase the openness of the campus,and to strengthen cultural identity and immersion.Through the combination of spatial function and attribute,this paper emphasizes humanistic logic and compound situational teaching,and redefines the relationship between students and schools.It provides a certain reference for the vitality reconstruction of primary and secondary school buildings in subtropical high capacity and high density areas.
