摘要 基于建构主义教育理论和成果导向教育理念,构建“小步调、阶梯式”任务驱动教学法,将学生的学习过程分为课前探索任务、课中攻克任务、课后升级任务三个阶段,三个阶段的学习任务按照任务间的内在逻辑层层递进,学生通过独立或协作完成三个阶段的任务,实现专业技能“小步调、阶梯式”提升。以人力资源管理专业“员工培训与开发”课程的学习情境“选择培训方法”为例,介绍“小步调、阶梯式”任务驱动教学法的具体实践过程。 Based on the constructivism education theory and the outcome-oriented education concept, this paper tries to construct the “small-step and staged” task-driven teaching method. The learning process is divided into three stages: the before-class exploration task, the in-class mastering task, and the after-class upgrading task.The learning tasks of the three stages are progressed step by step according to the internal logic between the tasks.Through independent or collaborative finishing the three-stage tasks, students’ professional skills can be improved in a “small-step and staged” way. Taking the learning situation of “choosing the training method” of the course of Employee Training and Development of the human resource management major as an example, this paper introduces the specific practical process of the “small-step and staged” task-driven teaching method.
