摘要
用X射线荧光分析专用试剂熔片,溴化锂为脱模剂,制备玻璃片样片,进行实验条件优化选择,应用X射线荧光光谱法测定掺锡氧化铟粉中铟量、锡量,具有较高的准确度和精密度。
The glass sample was prepared with the special reagent melt for X-ray fluorescence analysis and lithium bromide as the release agent. The experimental conditions were optimized. The content of indium and tin in tin doped indium oxide powder was determined by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry, which has high accuracy and precision.
