摘要
为了在大庆地区实现亚麻规模化种植,结合大庆土壤特性,开展亚麻萌发期耐盐性研究,调查了发芽势、发芽率、胁迫指数,对数据进行统计分析。结果表明,在120 mmol/L复合盐胁迫下,参试的16份亚麻资源发芽势和发芽率呈多样性表现,方差分析筛选出瑞典5038和华光1号耐盐性较强,火炬耐盐性最弱。经过聚类分析,将资源耐盐性分成了3大类,第Ⅰ大类为盐极敏感品种,第Ⅲ大类为耐盐品种,第Ⅱ大类为盐敏感程度多样的材料。将其进一步细分为3个亚类,第Ⅰ亚类为盐敏感品种,第Ⅱ亚类为较敏感品种,第Ⅲ亚类为中等耐盐品种。为盐碱地条件下推广适宜的品种打下良好的基础。
In order to realize the large-scale planting of flax in Daqing Area,this experiment was combined with the soil characteristics of Daqing,and studied the salt tolerance of flax during germination period.In this study,statistical analysis was done by investigating germination energy,germination rate and salt stress index.The results showed that under the 120 mmol/L salt stress,the germination energy and germination rate of the tested 16 flax resources appeared diversified performance.The analysis of variance showed that Sweden 5038 and Huaguang 1 had the strongest salt tolerance,and the torch had the weakest salt tolerance.After cluster analysis,the salt tolerance of resources were divided into three categories.The first category was extremely salt-sensitive variety,the third category was salt-tolerant variety,and the second category included materials with various salt-sensitive degrees.It is further subdivided into three sub-categories.The first sub-category was salt-sensitive varieties,the second sub-category was more sensitive varieties,and the third sub-category was medium salt-tolerant varieties.This study laid good foundation for the promotion of suitable varieties under saline-alkali soil.
