摘要
在0和150 mmol·L^(-1)NaC l处理下,以52份不同基因型玉米自交系为试验材料,测量发芽率、幼苗高度、根长、芽鲜重、根鲜重、芽干重、根干重等生理指标,并作为评估玉米耐盐性的指标计算耐盐指数和隶属函数值来综合评价耐盐性,并建立耐盐预测方程式并确定耐盐性评价的单一可靠生理指标。结果表明,根据玉米耐盐性可以将52份玉米自交系分为4类:盐敏感品种7份;中等耐盐品种14份;耐盐品种22份和高耐盐品种7份。在此基础上,我们建立了一个玉米耐盐性评价方程式:Y=0.267×STI_(SH)+0.235×STI_(RL)+0.293×STI_(SFW)+0.232×STI_(RFW)+0.227×STI_(SDW)+0.203×STI_(RDW)(P<0.01),用以预测玉米的耐盐性。另外,确定了幼苗高度的耐盐指数是快速鉴定玉米耐盐性的可靠指标。
Under the treatment of 0 and 150 mmol·L^(-1) NaCl,the physiological indexes such as germination rate,seedling height,root length,shoot fresh weight,root fresh weight,shoot dry weight and root dry weight of 52 different genotype inbred lines of maize were determined and used to evaluate the salt tolerance and to determine the reliable indicator of salt tolerance.Based on these indicators,we calculated the salt tolerance index and the mean membership function value (MFV) to comprehensively evaluate the salt tolerance,and constructed a linear regression equation to predict salt tolerance and determined a unique and reliable physiological indicator.The results showed that 52 maize inbred lines are divided into 4 categories,7 salt-sensitive varieties,14 medium salt-tolerant varieties,22 salt-tolerant varieties and 7 highly salt-tolerant based on the mean MFV.In addition,we constructed a regression equation:Y=0.267×STI_(SH)+0.235×STI_(RL)+0.293×STI_(SFW)+0.232×STI_(RFW)+0.227×STI_(SDW)+0.203×STI_(RDW)(P<0.01) for predicting the salt tolerance of maize.Finally,seedling height is a reliable and accurate indicator for rapid identification of maize salt tolerance.In addition,the salt tolerance index of seedling height is determined to be a reliable indicator for rapid identification of salt tolerance in maize.
