摘要
目的 探究产科医务人员职业紧张、职业压力与隐形缺勤现状之间关系。方法 2020年7—9月,采取方便抽样法选取本院136名产科医务人员,采用职业压力源量表、修订版职业紧张量表(OSI-R)和斯坦福隐性缺勤量表(SPS-6)开展调查。结果 产科医务人员职业紧张子量表职业任务问卷(ORQ)和个体紧张反应问卷(PSQ)评分分别为(185.76±21.38)、(104.78±21.63)分,均高于常模,个体应对资源问卷(PRQ)评分为(120.87±18.94)分,低于常模,差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05);职业压力总分、工作负荷、职业发展和外部环境维度评分分别为(78.22±12.23)、(14.38±4.82)、(14.84±4.91)、(9.57±1.31)分,均高于常模(P值均<0.05);SPS-6评分为(13.46±3.92)分,不同年龄、职位和学历产科医务人员评分差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。职业紧张子量表ORQ和PSQ评分均与职业压力评分呈正相关(r值分别为0.41、0.32,P值均<0.05),PRQ评分与职业压力评分呈负相关(r=-0.25,P<0.05);职业压力评分、PSQ评分均与SPS-6评分呈正相关(r值分别为0.28、0.37,P值均<0.05),PRQ评分与SPS-6评分呈负相关(r=-0.21,P<0.05)。路径分析发现,职业负荷、个体应对资源和个体紧张反应可直接影响隐性缺勤,也可通过职业压力间接影响隐性缺勤。结论 产科医务人员职业紧张、职业压力与隐性缺勤状况均有待改善,应采取相关干预措施,以减少因隐形缺勤导致的生产力损失。
Objective To explore the correlation of occupational stress, occupational pressure and hidden absenteeism among obstetric medical staffs. Methods From Jul to Sep 2020,a total of 136 obstetric medical staffs in the hospital were selected by convenient sampling method, who were surveyed by the Occupational stressor scale, the Occupational Stress Inventory-revised edition(OSI-R) and the Stanford Presenteeism Scale-6(SPS-6). Results The total scores of the Occupational role questionnaire(ORQ) and Personal strain questionnaire(PSQ) subscales for obstetric medical staffs were(185.76±21.38) and(104.78±21.63),respectively, which were higher than the norm, while the total score of Personal resources questionnaire(PRQ) was(120.87±18.94),which was lower than the norm(all P<0.05).The total scores of occupational stress, workload, career development and external environment dimensions of obstetric medical staffs were(78.22±12.23),(14.38±4.82),(14.84±4.91) and(9.57±1.31),respectively, which were all higher than the norm(all P<0.05).The SPS-6 score of obstetric medical staffs was(13.46±3.92),and the differences among SPS-6 scores of obstetric medical staffs with different ages, positions and educational backgrounds were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Correlation analysis results show that the subscale ORQ and PSQ scores were positively correlated with occupational pressure score(r=0.41 and 0.32,all P<0.05),and PRQ score was negatively correlated with occupational pressure score(r=-0.25,P<0.05).The occupational stress scores and PSQ scores were positively correlated with SPS-6 scores(r=0.28 and 0.37,all P<0.05),and the PRQ score was negatively correlated with the SPS-6 score(r=-0.21,P<0.05).Path analysis found that workload, individual coping resources and individual stress response could not only directly affect hidden absenteeism, but also indirectly affect hidden absenteeism through occupational pressure. Conclusion The occupational stress, occupational pressure and hidden absenteeism of obstetric medical staffs need to be improved.The relevant measures should be carried out to reduce the loss of productivity caused by invisible absenteeism.
