复烤烟叶尾气中挥发性物质的捕集与回收工艺 被引量:2

摘要 将复烤烟叶尾气中烟草香氛等物质进行回收,在避免环境污染、提高环保性的同时也提升了烟草的经济价值。试验中选取2种常用硅胶材料(大孔硅胶、细孔硅胶)对烟叶复烤生产过程的尾气进行吸附捕集,探索了不同洗脱溶剂、料液比、洗脱温度和时间对尾气中主要烟草物质烟碱、新植二烯和2,4-二叔丁基酚的回收影响,采用气相色谱-质谱联用仪分析捕集物的主要成分,比较了2种吸附材料的捕集效果。结果表明:大孔硅胶比细孔硅胶更适合作为复烤烟叶尾气中香氛物质的吸附介质,并且主要烟草香氛物质烟碱和新植二烯的最佳洗脱条件为体积分数95%的乙醇水溶液作为溶剂、料液比1∶4 g/mL、洗脱温度40℃和洗脱时间40 min。 The tobacco fragrance and other substances in the tail gas of redrying tobacco were recycled,which not only avoided environmental pollution and improved environmental protection,but also enhanced the economic value of tobacco.In the experiment,two commonly used silica gel materials(macroporous silica gel and fine-pored silica gel)were selected to adsorb and capture the volatile substances from the exhaust gas of redrying tobacco process,and the effects of different elution solvents,material-to-liquid ratios,elution temperature and time on the recovery of nicotine,neophytadiene and 2,4-ditert-butylphenol in the tail gas were investigated.The main contents of the traps were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,and the trapping effects of the two adsorbents were compared.The results show that macro-porous silica gel is more suitable as an adsorption medium for aroma substances in the tail gas of redrying tobacco process,and the optimal elution conditions for the main tobacco aroma substances nicotine and neophytadiene are as follows:volume fraction 95%aqueous ethanol as the solvent,the ratio of material to liquid is 1∶4 g/mL and eluting for 40 minutes at 40℃.
