摘要
为探讨原烟和机烤烟工艺条件对打叶质量的影响,进行了不同烟叶温度和含水率对打叶质量的影响试验。结果表明,在一定范围内,适当提高原烟和机烤烟的打前温度和含水率,均有利于提高打叶质量,一般原烟以含水率18%~20%、温度65~75℃为宜;机烤烟以含水率19%~21%、温度65~75℃为宜。
For finding out the influence of processing conditions on threshing quality, tests on tobacco with different temperatures and moisture contents were conducted. The results showed that threshing quality was improved by (properly) increasing the temperature and moisture content of tobacco leaf within a certain range before threshing. Generally, the appropriate moisture content and temperature for green leaf and redried leaf were 18%-20% and 65℃-75℃, 19%-21% and 65℃-75℃, respectively.
