摘要
明确海洋生态产品种类及其价值实现路径对推动海洋资源管理现代化,促进海洋可持续发展至关重要。文章在梳理海洋生态产品的类别与特点基础上,探索性地提出了一个新的海洋生态产品分类体系,进而基于海洋生态产品价值实现现状初步分析了其价值实现路径。主要包括:(1)已通过市场化价值实现的海洋生态产品的溢价增值路径;(2)尚未或正在探索性地进行价值实现的海洋生态产品的价值补偿和价值变现路径;(3)通过减少负服务实现海洋生态产品的价值保值;(4)推动海洋战略性新兴产业发展,挖掘新兴海洋生态产品。
It is essential to clarify the types of marine ecological products and their value realization path to promote the modernization of marine resource management and promote the sustainable development of the ocean.On the basis of sorting out the categories and characteristics of marine ecological products,this article proposed a new marine ecological product classification system exploration,and then preliminary analyzed its value realization path based on the status quo of marine ecological product value realization.The article mainly includes:(1) the premium value-added path of marine ecological products that has been realized through market value;(2) the value compensation and value realization path of marine ecological products that the value has not been realized or the value realization is being explored;(3) through reducing negative services to realize the value preservation of marine ecological products;(4) promote the development of marine strategic emerging industries and explore emerging marine ecological products.
