摘要
基于自然灾害风险评估理论,利用内蒙古中部马铃薯主产区19个旗县国家级气象站1983~2018年生长季逐日气象观测数据、马铃薯生育期观测数据,以及各旗县1994~2018年的马铃薯种植面积、产量数据及灌溉地面积等,构建了内蒙古中部马铃薯干旱灾害风险评价指标体系;采用层次分析法和加权综合评分法建立了马铃薯全生育期干旱灾害风险评价模型;最后采用GIS技术对内蒙古中部马铃薯干旱灾害风险进行了区划。结果表明:内蒙古中部马铃薯干旱灾害的高风险区主要分布在乌兰察布市东部、兴和县以及丰镇;次高风险区主要分布在乌兰察布市四子王旗、察右中旗、卓资县、凉城县、呼和浩特市中部及和林格尔县;中风险区主要分布在呼和浩特市清水河县、包头市北部以及乌兰察布市集宁区;低风险区主要分布在呼和浩特市土默特左旗、托克托县以及包头市土默特右旗。
Based on the theory of nature disaster risk,the risk assessment indexes of potato in central Inner Mongolia were established by the data of 19 meteorological stations,including meteorological data and potato growth data during 1983~2018,as well as potato planting area,yield data and proportion of irrigated land from 1994 to 2018.The risk assessment model of drought disaster in the whole growth period of potato was established by analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and weighted comprehensive scoring method.At the same time,the risk zoning map was drawn by GIS technology.The results show that the high-risk areas of potato drought disaster in central Inner Mongolia are mainly distributed in the east of Wulanchabu City,Xinghe County and Fengzhen Town.The secondary high-risk areas are mainly distributed in Siziwangqi,Chayouzhongqi,Zhuozi County,Liangcheng County of Wulanchabu City,the middle of Hohhot City and Helingeer County.Medium risk areas are mainly distributed in Qingshuihe County of Hohhot City,the north of Baotou City and Jining District of Wulanchabu City.The low-risk areas are mainly distributed in Tumotezuoqi,Tuoketuo County of Hohhot City and Tumoteyouqi of Baotou City.
