等级医院评审标准是指从医院规模、医疗硬件设备、科研方向、人才技术力量、医院床位等方面对医院资质与等级进行评定的标准。等级医院评审标准为全国统一,与医院背景、性质等关联较小,评审标准中将医院定为三级,每级可划分为甲、乙、丙三等,其中三级医院增设特等级别。医院等级评审是评价、监督、保障和提高医疗服务质量的重要举措,作为促进医疗质量持续改进的有效手段,受到越来越多医院的高度重视。据有关资料报道,随着医护人员任务量的增加与外界压力增多等影响,诊断及治疗中发生不良事件的概率大幅增加。等级医院评审标准中明确规定医院应主动报告医疗不良事件,并制订一定的管理体系与工作流程。该文将探讨如何在等级医院评审标准的基础上构建与实施不良事件管理体系,并对其具体效果与价值进行分析。
The evaluation standard of graded hospitals refers to the standards for evaluating hospital qualifications and grades from the aspects of hospital scale,medical hardware and equipment,scientific research direction,talent and technical strength,and hospital beds.The evaluation criteria for graded hospitals are unified across the country,and are less related to the background and nature of the hospital.In the evaluation criteria,hospitals are classified as three grades,and each grade can be divided into A,B,and C,among which a special grade was added to the three-tier hospital.Hospital grade review was an important measure to evaluate,supervise,guarantee and improve the quality of medical services.As an effective means to promote the continuous improvement of medical quality,it is highly valued by more and more hospitals.According to relevant data,with the increase of the workload of medical staff and the increase of external pressure,the probability of adverse events in diagnosis and treatment has increased significantly.The evaluation standards for graded hospitals clearly stipulate that hospitals should actively report adverse medical events and formulate certain management systems and workflows.The article will discuss how to construct and implement an adverse event management system based on the evaluation standards of graded hospitals,and analyze its specific effects and values.
