摘要
目的:设计一种小型地效翼救助船,提高海上救援的时效性。方法:将小型地效翼救助船设计为双层底结构,船底设计为U形且有较长的平行中体,机翼设计为双凸翼型。采用救助艇的主船体作为母型,根据母型船资料确定主船体的主尺度,并运用SolidWorks进行外观设计。根据船舶的稳性与船员和伤员的舒适性,确定救助舱室的布置,并利用3DMAX完成舱室内装设计。结果:该小型地效翼救助船的外观和内装可满足船舶设计的要求和实用性,其救助舱室可保证足够的救助空间,配备的卫生装备和器材不仅具有后送能力,还具有途中救治、生命支持等功能。结论:设计的小型地效翼救助船可用于海上救援,可为海上救援装备的后续研究与设计提供参考。
Objective To design a small wing in ground rescue ship for maritime rescue so as to improve the timeliness of maritime rescue.Methods A small wing in ground rescue ship was designed with a double-bottom structure,a U-shaped bottom with a long parallel midbody and biconvex wings.The main hull of the rescue boat was adopted as the mother ship.The main scales of the main hull were determined according to the information of the mother ship,and the appearance design was carried out by SolidWorks.The treatment compartment had its layout implemented with considerations on the stability of the ship and the comfort of the crew and casualties,and its interior design completed by using 3DMAX.Results The exterior and interior design of the small wing in ground effect rescue ship met the requirements of ship design and the overall practicability.The treatment compartment had sufficient space for casualty care,and the equipped medical devices could fulfill the tasks for evacuation,en route treatment,life support and etc.Conclusion The small wing in ground effect rescue ship designed can be used for maritime rescue,and provides references for the following researches and design of the maritime rescue equipment.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2022,43(3):34-37]
