摘要
针对某船舶舱室特殊载物的存储、转运以及出库工艺设计问题,结合自动化立体仓库特点与船舶舱室结构特征,设计升降机-梭车自动化立体仓库式船舶舱室物流系统。利用系统仿真技术,从出库调度策略与速度参数配置两方面对本设计进行优化论证,验证了批量全局调度策略的优越性,并指出可以通过提高出库梭车的速度进一步提升整个船舶舱室物流系统的出库效率。
In this paper,in order to solve the problems of storage,transfer and outbound process of special cargoes encountered in the cabin of a certain ship,and in view of the characteristics of the automated warehouse and the structure of the cabin,we designed the ship cabin logistics system around a warehouse system automated through lifter and shuttle,then using the system simulation technology,optimized the design from the aspects of outbound scheduling strategy and speed parameter configuration,and verified the superiority of the batch global scheduling strategy.At the end,we pointed out that the outbound efficiency of the logistics system could be further improved by accelerating the speed of the outbound shuttles.
