摘要
目的比较宫颈环形电切术(LEEP)与海扶聚焦超声治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)合并高危型HPV感染的临床疗效及转阴率。方法选取60例CIN合并高危型HPV感染患者,依据治疗方法不同分为LEEP组(32例)与海扶组(28例)。LEEP组采用LEEP术治疗,海扶组采用海扶聚焦超声治疗。比较两组临床疗效及转阴率。结果LEEP组治愈率为90.63%,HPV转阴率为93.75%;海扶组分别为89.29%,92.86%,比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)o海扶组阴道出血时间、阴道排液时间及宫颈创面愈合时间均明显短于LEEP组,阴道出血量、阴道排液量均明显少于LEEP组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论LEEP术与海扶聚焦超声治疗CIN合并高危型HPV感染效果与转阴率相当,但后者宫颈创面愈合速度更快,且术后阴道出血与排液现象更轻微,更具推广价值。
Objective To compare the clinical efficacy and negative conversion rate of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)complicated with high-risk HPV infection by circular electrocervical resection(LEEP)and haifu focusing ultrasound.Methods 60 patients with CIN combined with high-risk HPV infection were selected and divided into LEEP group(32 cases)and Haifu group(28 cases)according to different treatment methods.LEEP group was treated with LEEP,and Haifa group was treated with haifu focused ultrasound.The clinical efficacy and negative conversion rate were compared between the two groups.Results The cure rate and HPV negative conversion rate were 90.63%and 93.75%in The LEEP group,89.29%and 92.86%in the Haifu group,respectively,with no statistical significance(P>0.05).The time of vaginal bleeding,vaginal discharge and cervical wound healing in The Haifu group were significantly shorter than those in the LEEP group,and the amount of vaginal bleeding and vaginal discharge were significantly less than those in the LEEP group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of LEEP and Haifu focusing ultrasound in the treatment of CIN combined with high-risk HPV infection is similar to the negative conversion rate,but the latter has a faster healing rate of cervical wounds,and the postoperative vaginal bleeding and drainage phenomenon is less,which has more promotion value.
