摘要
目的探讨重组人干扰素α-2b泡腾片联合干扰素对高级别鳞状上皮内病变(CIN)术后高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HR-HPV)持续感染的效果。方法选择2017年1月至2019年5月在本院行手术治疗的90例高级别CIN患者,按随机数字表法分为两组试验组(45例)和对照组(45例)。对照组术后常规抗感染+干扰素治疗,在此基础上,试验组使用重组人干扰素α-2b泡腾片治疗。比较两组临床疗效、HPV转阴时间、异常分泌物持续时间、宫颈组织中增殖细胞核抗原(Ki-67)及生存素(Survivin)阳性表达情况。结果试验组治疗总有效率较对照组高,试验组HPV转阴时间、异常分泌物持续时间较对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后Ki-67、Survivin阳性表达率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重组人干扰素α-2b泡腾片联合干扰素能有效改善HR-HPV感染,缩短HPV转阴时间、异常分泌物持续时间,抑制肿瘤细胞增殖,减缓病情发展。
Objective To investigate the effect of recombinant human interferonα-2b effervescent tablets combined with interferon on high-risk human papillomavirus(HR-HPV)persistent infection after high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion(CIN)operation.Methods From January 2017 to May 2019,90 patients with high-grade CIN who were treated in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups:the experimental group(45 cases)and the control group(45 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional anti-infection+interferon after operation.On this basis,the experimental group was treated with recombinant human interferonα-2b effervescent tablets.The clinical efficacy,the time of HPV turning negative,the duration of abnormal secretions,the positive expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen(Ki-67)and survivin(Survivin)in cervical tissues were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the time of HPV turning negative and the duration of abnormal secretions in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the experimental group was positive for Ki-67 and survivin expression rate after treatment were lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Recombinant human interferonα-2b effervescent tablets combined with interferon can effectively improve HR-HPV infection,shorten the time for HPV to become negative,the duration of abnormal secretions,inhibit tumor cell proliferation,and slow down the development of the disease.
