锭尖表面涂层对高速锭子振动特性的影响研究

摘要 锭子高速运转时,锭尖表面微观形貌的不规整及润滑状态欠佳都会导致振动幅度过大,进而引起锭子失稳和磨损失效。以YD4211FA型高速锭子为研究对象,利用多功能锭子检测试验台,研究锭尖表面涂层及润滑状态对其振动特性的影响规律。结果表明:自润滑涂层的添加使锭尖表面由原来不规则沟壑结构变为纵向规律性排布,摩擦因数及黏连系数减小,约束轴承润滑更充分,流体漩涡现象削弱,振动特性显著提升;且采用2 mL锭子油润滑的锭子相较于4 mL的具有更小的振幅及更优异的稳定性。 When spindle of spinning machineis running at high speed, irregularities in the surface of the spindle tip and poor lubrication will cause excessive vibration amplitude, which will lead to the spindle to instability and wear failure.this paper takes YD4211 FA high-speed spindles as the research object, and study the influence of the surface coating of spindle tip and the lubrication state on its vibration characteristics by using the multifunctional spindle inspection test bench.The results show that the addition of the self-lubricating coating makes the surface of the ingot tip change from the original irregular ravine structure to the longitudinal regular arrangement, the friction coefficient and adhesion coefficient are reduced, the lubrication of the constrained bearing is more adequate, the fluid vortex phenomenon is weakened, and the vibration characteristics are significantly improved;and the spindle lubricated with 2 mL spindle oil has smaller amplitude and better stability than the 4 mL spindle.
