摘要
为评价形状误差对气体静压主轴动态回转精度的影响,建立了考虑转子形状误差的小孔节流气体静压主轴模型并构建了实验平台。采用雷诺方程分析转子形状误差对主轴回转精度的影响过程,使用圆柱度仪测量转子的形状误差数据并进行分析处理,使用主轴误差分析仪检测气体静压主轴的动态回转精度,将两者的数据进行统计学分析。结果表明:利用转子圆柱度误差能较好地预测主轴回转精度,但采用转子半径波动标准差指标的效果更好。该研究对主轴在设计和加工时的误差控制有一定参考意义。
In order to evaluate the influence of shape error on the dynamic rotation accuracy of aerostatic spindle,a model of aerostatic spindle with small orifice throttling considering the shape error of rotor is established and the experimental platform is constructed.The influence process of rotor shape error on spindle rotation accuracy is analyzed by Reynolds equation.The cylindricity meter is used to measure the shape error data of the rotor,and the data are analyzed and processed.The dynamic rotation accuracy of aerostatic spindle is measured by spindle error analyzer.The statistical analysis of test data shows that the rotor cylindricity error can be used to predict the spindle rotation accuracy,but the effect of standard deviation of rotor radius fluctuation is better.This research has a certain reference significance for the error control of spindle in design and processing.
