地铁施工竖井装配式钢结构初衬的受力分析 被引量:5

摘要 地铁施工竖井结构主要采用格栅钢架+喷射混凝土的喷锚支护结构。喷锚支护结构存在现场焊接作业量大,作业人员多,工期长及作业环境差等问题,为更好地解决竖井施工工期、成本及文明施工等问题,创新性地将装配式钢结构引入到地铁建设中,提出一种全新的施工竖井支护体系,用以替代传统的喷锚支护结构,从而有效解决与"格栅钢架+喷射混凝土"支护体系相伴的施工工期长、作业环境差等问题。从理论上分析了装配式钢结构衬砌结构受力的可行性,并在地铁学院桥站施工竖井进行了应用,该新型初衬的实施对提高行业技术水平、改善作业环境、缩短工期、提高工程质量具有重要意义。 The combined bolting and shotcrete structure of “grid steel frame & shotcrete” is applied in most subway construction shafts. However, such structure is involved with such issues as great workload of site welding, many operators, long construction period and unfavorable working environment. To solve such issues, including cost and civilized construction, an innovation is made to introduce prefabricated steel structure into subway construction, and a brand new shaft supporting structure is put forward to replace traditional structure, and thus gave an effective solution to relevant issues(such as long construction period and poor working environment) in the supporting system of “grid steel frame & shotcrete”. Furthermore, theoretical analysis is made on the stress feasibility of prefabricated steel lining structure, and it was applied in the construction of the shaft at Subway Xueyuan Bridge Station. This new type lining is of great significance for increasing the industrial technological level, improving the working environment, shortening the construction period and improving the construction quality.
