摘要
针对浅埋暗挖平顶直墙断面通道二衬施工风险,以北京地铁14号线东湖渠站工程为依托,通过调整地铁车站暗挖附属结构平顶直墙断面二衬施工中间临时支撑拆除时间、方式、长度,在二衬施工时,中间临时支撑不拆除,待二衬混凝土达到设计强度后再拆除中间临时支撑,以保证暗挖施工安全性。同时,利用在应用状态下长期黏性膏状体新型防水材料非固化橡化沥青的抗窜水性,对后拆撑处进行细部节点防水处理。最终形成完整的安全性高、操作简便、质量可靠、节约工期及成本的地铁车站暗挖附属结构平顶直墙断面二衬施工技术。该施工工艺可为大断面平顶直墙二衬施工提供借鉴。
The secondary lining of flat top and straight wall tunnels with shallow overburden has great risks. This paper relies on Beijing subway line 14 Donghuqu station project. During the secondary lining structure for the metro station subsidiary structure flat top and straight wall section,by adjusting time,the way and the length of the temporary support of the secondary lining structure,the temporary intermediate support is not removed until the secondary lining concrete reach the design strength to ensure the safety of tunnelling construction. Meanwhile,by using the non-cured rubber asphalt water channeling resistance of long-term viscous paste body new waterproof material the condition of application,do detail node waterproof processing to the place of after demolition-support.Ultimately a complete high safety,easy operation,reliable quality,saving time and cost secondary lining construction technology of metro station subsidiary structure flat top and straight wall section is formed. The construction technology can be a reference for the secondary lining construction of large cross-section flat top and straight wall.
