摘要
目的探讨联合应用苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平与缬沙坦治疗高血压病的疗效。方法102例高血压病患者作为研究对象,按照入院先后顺序分为对照组和观察组,每组51例。对照组患者采用缬沙坦治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上加用苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗。比较两组治疗效果,治疗前后血压及心率水平,不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率96.08%高于对照组的82.35%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的舒张压、收缩压、心率水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的舒张压(80.93±2.16)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)、收缩压(110.18±1.61)mm Hg及心率(83.12±7.08)次/min明显低于对照组的(97.38±2.37)mm Hg、(138.35±2.89)mm Hg、(92.18±8.13)次/min,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率3.92%与对照组的5.88%比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平联合缬沙坦可将高血压病患者的血压水平控制在合理范围内,有效提高临床治疗效果,减少不良反应的发生,值得推广。
Objective To discuss the efficacy of levamlodipine besylate combined with valsartan in the treatment of hypertension.Methods A total of 102 hypertensive patients were selected as the research subjects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the order of admission,with 51 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with valsartan,and patients in the observation group were additionally treated with levamlodipine besylate on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects,blood pressure and heart rate levels before and after treatment,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 96.08%of the observation group was higher than 82.35%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and heart rate between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the diastolic blood pressure(80.93±2.16)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa),systolic blood pressure(110.18±1.61)mm Hg and heart rate(83.12±7.08)beats/min of the observation group were significantly lower than(97.38±2.37)mm Hg,(138.35±2.89)mm Hg,and(92.18±8.13)beats/min of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.92%,which was not statistically significant compared with 5.88%in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Levamlodipine besylate combined with valsartan can control the blood pressure level of patients with hypertension in a reasonable range,effectively improve the clinical treatment effect and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of promotion.
