基于S7-200的温度测量系统设计与实验分析

摘要 随着科技的发展,温度的测量与控制在人类日常生活、工业生产各领域中得到广泛应用。为了获取准确、实时、有效的温度测量结果,结合温度测量与控制的发展状况与原理,设计了基于S7-200 PLC和扩展模块的温度测量系统,包括设计硬件组成、编制温度控制程序,并使用组态软件实现了温度控制系统的基本监控功能,通过联机调试验证了设计方案的可行性和正确性。结果表明,系统工作过程中,能够确保PLC控制系统和组态监控系统数据的实时交换。 With the development of science and technology,temperature measurement and control have been widely used in various fields of human daily life and industrial production.In order to obtain accurate and effective temperature measurement results in real time,a temperature measurement system based on S7-200PLC and expansion modules has been designed,with the combination of the development status and principle of temperature measurement and control.This system includes the design of hardware components,the preparation of temperature control procedures.With configuration software,it has the basic monitoring function of the temperature control system.The feasibility and correctness of this design scheme have been verified through online debugging.The results have shown that the real-time exchange of data between the PLC control system and the configuration monitoring system can be ensured during the working process of the system.
