摘要
介绍了国产WK系列变频传动矿用挖掘机提升/行走机构电气传动的设计方案,重点叙述了具有机械耦合的传动机构电气主从控制的设计和调试方法,同时介绍了一台逆变器驱动多台电动机的设计思路以及这种方法的优势。
The paper introduced the electrical design scheme of hoist and crawl mechanism of homemade WK series variable frequency mine shovel,and focused on describing the design and debugging method for masterslave control of transmission mechanism with mechanical couples.In addition,it stated the design ideas of one inverter driving several motors as well as its advantages.
