摘要
目的探讨Delta4的混合分辨率设计对剂量验证结果的影响。方法随机选择2021年7月于广东医科大学附属医院接受放射治疗的不同肿瘤类型的患者20例,采用容积旋转调强放射治疗(VMAT)技术进行双弧计划设计,并在Delta4上进行三维剂量验证,验证完毕后计算得到混合分辨率下的γ通过率;删除处于半整数厘米处的探头数据后,计算得到均匀分辨率下的γ通过率;比较两种分辨率下的γ通过率。结果均匀分辨率下的γ通过率为(0.9711±0.0223),高于混合分辨率下的(0.9657±0.0258),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Delta4混合分辨率的设计会对γ通过率产生影响,建议厂家采用均匀分辨率的探测平面设计,并尽可能采用高分辨率。
Objective The effect of the mixed resolution design of Delta4 on the dose verification results was explored.Methods Twenty patients with different types of tumor who received radiotherapy in the Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical University in July 2021 were randomly selected.The double-arc plans were designed using volumetric modulated radiation therapy(VMAT)technology and performed on a three-dimensional dose verification equipment Delta4.After the verification was completed,theγpass rate under the mixed resolution was obtained by calculation;then the probe data at the half-integer centimeter positions was deleted to calculate theγpass rate under the uniform resolution.Theγpass rate under the two resolutions was compared.Results Theγpass rate under the uniform resolution was(0.9711±0.0223),which was higher than that under the mixed resolution for(0.9657±0.0258),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The design of Delta4 mixed resolution will have an impact on theγpass rate.It is recommended that manufacturers adopt a uniform resolution detection plane design and use a high resolution as much as possible.
