摘要
目的:利用信息化手段降低不合理用药的比例,促进合理用药。方法:选取2019年7月-2019年12月前置审核开启前处方和2020年7月-2020年12月前置审核开启后处方,遵循PDCA循环的合理用药管理流程,分析“药师+合理用药软件”审核模式对临床合理用药的影响。结果:与处方前置审核开启前相比,处方前置审核开启后月均处方不合理数与月均处方不合理率均显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:处方前置审核的开启,规范了医生的处方行为,提高了全院的合理用药水平,降低用药错误的风险,有效保障患者的用药安全。
Objective:To reduce the proportion of irrational drug use and promote rational drug use by informationization.Methods:Prescriptions were selected by the time which without pre-prescriptions review system from July to December 2019 and with pre-prescriptions review system between from July to December 2020,followed the rational drug use management process of PDCA cycle,and the influence ofˋpharmacist+rational drug use softwareˊaudit mode on clinical rational drug use was analyzed.Results:The number of irrational prescriptions and the rate of irrational prescriptions decreased significantly after pre-prescription review system,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pre-prescription review system can effectively standardize the behavior of the doctors,improve the level of rational drug use in the hospital,reduce the risk of medication errors,and effectively ensure the security use of drugs for patients.
