摘要
目的分析RAAS阻断剂联合百令胶囊治疗早期糖尿病肾病疗效和对血糖水平的影响。方法选取2019年7月—2021年6月该院收治符合研究条件的早期糖尿病肾病患者84例,依据用药不同分为对比组、研究组,各42例,观察评估临床疗效、血糖水平、炎性因子、肾功能指标。结果研究组总有效率(88.10%)明显较对比组(69.05%)更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组血糖水平、炎症因子、肾功能指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,研究组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖较对比组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组肿瘤坏死因子、白细胞介素-18、超敏C反应蛋白较对比组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组24 h尿蛋白定量、尿素氮较对比组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对早期糖尿病肾病患者,采用RAAS阻断剂联合百令胶囊治疗,疗效理想,且改善血糖水平、炎症因子、肾功能等作用明显。
Objective To analyze the effect of RAAS blocker combined with Bailing Capsule in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy and the effect on blood glucose level.Methods From July 2019 to June 2021,84 patients with early diabetic nephropathy who were eligible for the study were selected and divided into two groups,42 cases in each group.Observed and evaluated clinical efficacy,blood glucose levels,inflammatory factors,renal function indicators.Results The total effective rate of the study group(88.10%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(69.05%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);before treatment,there was no difference in blood glucose levels,inflammatory factors,and renal function indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the tumor necrosis factor,interleukin-18,and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein in the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The 24 h urine protein quantification and urea nitrogen in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with early diabetic nephropathy,the treatment of RAAS blocker combined with Bailing Capsule has ideal curative effect,and has obvious effects in improving blood glucose levels,inflammatory factors,and renal function.
