响应面优化水酶法提取酸浆籽油及抗氧化研究 被引量:1

Optimization of Aqueous Enzymatic Extraction of Physalis Seed Oil by Response Surface Methodology and Its Antioxidant Activity

摘要 以酸浆籽为原料,以酸浆籽油提取率为指标,经单因素试验和响应面法建立水酶法提取酸浆籽油工艺模型。提取酸浆籽油最优条件为料液比1∶5.8 (g/mL)、木聚糖酶和果胶酶酶解pH 4.13、碱性蛋白酶酶解时间2.07 h,此时酸浆籽油提取率为23.49%。抗氧化结果表明,质量浓度为10.0 mg/mL的酸浆籽油对·OH和DPPH·清除率为95.81%和94.56%,与0.05 mg/mL的VC清除能力相当。由此可见,酸浆籽油具有一定的抗氧化活性。 Using Physalis seed as raw material and the extraction rate of Physalis seed oil as index,the process model of aqueous enzymatic extraction of Physalis seed oil was established by single factor test and response surface methodology.The optimum extraction conditions of Physalis seed oil were as follows:solid-liquid ratio 1∶5.8(g/mL),xylanase and pectinase hydrolysis pH 4.13,and alkaline protease hydrolysis time 2.07 h.The extraction rate of Physalis seed oil was 23.49%.The results showed that the scavenging rates of ·OH and DPPH· of 10.0 mg/mL Physalis seed oil were 95.81% and 94.56%,which were equivalent to VC scavenging capacity of 0.05 mg/mL.Therefore,Physalis seed oil had certain antioxidant activity.
