摘要
目的探析信息化环境下新型管理模式应用于医疗耗材管理的效率,总结新型管理模式内容。方法通过与供应商管理平台联动、增加科室二级仓库后勤管理子系统并与医院HIS系统对接、二维码技术等信息化手段,建立起较为完善的信息化环境下医疗耗材新型管理模式。完备了医院耗材管理在工作流程构建、耗材采购管理、出入库管理、仓库盘点管理、ABC耗材分类管理、耗材管理人员业务培训等方面的工作内容,实现了信息化环境下医疗耗材新型管理模式的转变和运行。结果实行信息化环境下医疗耗材新型管理模式,使医院耗材管理部门对医疗耗材的管理由被动变为主动,将简单粗放管理提升为规范信息化管理,实现了医疗耗材采购、仓管、存储、发放、使用等环节的全程监管,提升了耗材合理、安全使用的综合水平。结论信息化环境下医疗耗材新型管理模式的转变和实行,降低了医院运营成本,加强了对医疗耗材的管理,有效控制了医疗耗材的成本,提高了耗材管理工作效率和质量,确保了医疗耗材的质量和安全。
Objective To explore the efficiency of the application of the new management mode to medical consumables in the information environment,and summarize the content of the new management mode.Methods Through connecting with supplier management platform,increasing logistics management subsystem of department secondary warehouse,docking with hospital HIS system and utilizing such information means as QR code technology,a relatively sound new management mode of medical consumables was established under information environment.The hospital consumables management was completed in the construction of workflow,consumables procurement management,in-and-out storage management,warehouse inventory management,ABC consumables classification management and professional training for consumables management personnel,realizing the transformation and operation of the new management mode of medical consumables under the information environment.Results The implementation of the new management mode for medical consumables under the information environment turned the passive management of medical consumables by competent departments to an active one,the simple and extensive model to a standardized and informationalized one.Through new management mode,the whole-process supervision on procurement,warehouse,storage,distribution and utilization was realized,making the consumables to be used in a more reasonable and safe way.Conclusion The transformation and implementation of the new management mode of medical consumables under the information environment can reduce the operating cost of hospitals,strengthen the management of medical consumables,effectively control the cost of medical consumables,improve the efficiency and quality of management of medical consumables,and ensure the quality and safety of medical consumables.
