摘要 目的:构建智能化耗材管理系统,实现手术室无人值守智能化耗材管理。方法:采用基于射频识别(RFID)技术和物联网技术的医用耗材智能柜系统,以网络服务方式将医院信息系统(HIS)中的物资档案与智能柜系统中的物资档案进行关联,采用智能柜、RFID电子标签、扫描枪等硬件设施,基于医院内网HIS,实现手术室智能柜库存预警、效期预警、自动识别产品和智能补货等耗材无人值守智能化管理。结果:手术室医用耗材智能柜的应用,可实现入库汇总、库存汇总、消耗汇总、退库汇总以及库存预警等不同需求,解决耗材管理过程中信息与人、物与人的一一对应难题,杜绝因用户密码泄露可能产生的安全隐患,实现无人值守智能化耗材管理全程可追溯。结论:手术室无人值守智能柜系统的应用,极大减少了耗材库存因素导致的质量问题和安全问题等风险隐患,实现医院医用耗材业务管理的规范化和信息化,具有较高的实际应用价值。 Objective:To realize unattended intelligence management for consumables in operating room through radio frequency identification devices(RFID)technique and the terminal of smart cabinet.Methods:Adopting smart cabinet system,that was on the basis of RFID technique and internet of things(IOT),of medical consumables to implement correlation for materials file of hospital information system(HIS)and that of smart cabinet system as network service mode.Adopted smart cabinet,RFID,scanner gun and other hardware device,and based on intranet HIS of hospital to realize early warnings on inventory and expiry date of smart cabinet of operating room,and realize automatic identifying products,intelligent replenishment and other unattended intelligent management for consumables.Results:The application of intelligence cabinet of medical consumables of operating room could realize different requirements included summarizing delivery,summarizing inventory,summarizing consumables,summarizing returns,early warning for inventory and others.And it could resolve the difficult problems that was one to one correspondence between information and person and between person and person in the process of consumables management.And it could completely eradicate potential safety hazard that might be caused by password disclosure of users,and could realize traceability in unattended intelligence management for consumables in whole process.Conclusion:The application of unattended smart cabinet system of operating room can extremely reduce quality problem,safety problem and other latent risk that were caused by inventory factor of consumables,and realize normalization and informatization for business management of medical consumables of hospital.It has higher application value in actual work.
