摘要
全球人口老龄化问题日趋严重,明确衰老机制和加强抗衰老治疗已成为现代老年学研究领域的热点。本文概述中医学说和现代医学学说的衰老机制,综述了现阶段化学药物、中药抗衰老治疗及干细胞移植、粪菌微生物移植和激素代替生物疗法的作用机制及研究现状,分析总结抗衰老药物存在的问题,并对抗衰老药物研究进行展望。
The aging of the global population is becoming more and more serious.To clarify the mechanism of aging and strengthen anti-aging treatment has become a hot spot in the field of modern gerontology.This article summarizes the aging mechanisms of traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine.The anti-aging mechanisms and research status are reviewed,including chemical drugs,traditional Chinese medicine,stem cell transplantation,fecal microbiological transplantation and hormone replacement biotherapy.The problems from anti-aging drugs are analyzed and the research prospects of anti-aging drugs are forecasted.
