点拨式实践教学在神经内科中的应用价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析点拨式实践教学在神经内科中的应用价值。方法选取2019年6月-2021年2月两个年度该院神经内科接收的实习生76名,根据不同年度分为对照组和观察组,各38名,对照组实施常规临床实践教学模式,观察组实施点拨式实践教学模式,观察两组实习生临床操作能力、专业知识掌握情况以及医学教育环境情况。结果观察组实习生在观察评估、辩证思维、急救操作以及应急配合等临床操作能力评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组实习生干预后在理论知识、实践操作等专业知识评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组实习生在学习知觉、环境知觉、学术知觉、社会知觉以及教师知觉等医学教育环境综合评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对神经内科实习生实施点拨式实践教学,可以很好地强化实习生临床实践操作能力水平,提高神经内科相关理论专业知识了解与掌握程度,为实习生营造较为良好的学习环境。 Objective To analyze the application value of point-to-point practice teaching in neurology.Methods A total of 76 interns received from the Department of Neurology in the hospital from June 2019 to February 2021 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to different years,with 38 interns in each group.The control group implemented the routine clinical practice teaching model,and the observation group implemented the point dial practice teaching model.Observed the clinical practice ability,professional knowledge mastery and medical education environment of the two groups of interns.Results The interns in the observation group scored significantly higher in observation and evaluation,dialectical thinking,first aid operation,and emergency cooperation than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the interns in the observation group scored significantly higher in theoretical knowledge,practical operation than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comprehensive scores of interns in the observation group in the medical education environment,such as learning perception,environmental perception,academic perception,social perception,and teacher perception,were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of point dialing practice teaching for neurology interns can well strengthen the level of clinical practice operation ability of interns,improve the understanding and mastery of relevant theoretical and professional knowledge of Neurology,and create a relatively good learning environment for interns.
