围产期饲粮中添加外源能量饲料对奶牛泌乳性能的影响 被引量:5

Effect of adding exogenous energy feed in perinatal diet on lactation performance of dairy cows

摘要 试验研究围产期奶牛日粮中添加瘤胃脂肪粉、葡萄糖及丙二醇外源能量饲料对奶牛泌乳性能的影响。试验选取40头处于围产前期、体况相近的中国荷斯坦奶牛,随机分成4组,每组5个重复,每个重复2头牛,处理组日粮在对照组基础日粮中分别添加200 g/d的过瘤胃脂肪粉(脂肪组)、葡萄糖(葡萄糖组)和丙二醇(丙二醇组),试验期30 d。结果显示,与对照组相比,在围产期奶牛日粮中添加瘤胃脂肪粉、葡萄糖及丙二醇可使奶牛产奶量分别提高6.28%、5.93%、7.43%(P>0.05),产奶高峰日分别提前2.56%、7.69%和11.54%(P>0.05);葡萄糖组奶中体细胞数降低12.5%(P>0.05),丙二醇组及脂肪组体细胞分别显著降低40.0%和57.5%(P<0.05)。研究表明,在围产期奶牛饲粮中添加过瘤胃脂肪粉、葡萄糖、丙二醇外源能量饲料可提高奶牛高峰期产奶量,促进产奶高峰日提前,明显降低体细胞数,缓解奶牛产后能量负平稳。 The experiment studied the effect of adding rumen bypass fat powder, glucose and propylene glycol in perinatal dairy cow’s diet on lactation performance of dairy cows. In the experiment, 40 Chinese Holstein cows with similar body condition in the pre-perinatal period were randomly divided into four groups, with five replicates in each group and two cows in each replicate. The diet of the treatment group was supplemented with 200 g/d in the basic diet of rumen bypass fat powder(fat group), glucose(glucose group) and propylene glycol(propylene glycol group). The test period was 30 d. The results showed that compared with control group, the addition of rumen bypass fat powder, glucose and propylene glycol to the perinatal dairy cow’s diet could increase the milk production of dairy cows by 6.28%, 5.93%and 7.43% respectively(P>0.05), and the peak milk production days were advanced by 2.56% and 7.69% and 11.54%respectively(P>0.05). The number of somatic cells in the milk of the glucose group decreased by 12.5%(P>0.05), and the somatic cells in the propylene glycol group and the fat group were significantly reduced by 40.0% and 57.5%(P<0.05).The experiment indicates that adding rumen bypass fat powder, glucose and propylene glycol exogenous energy feed to dairy cows during the perinatal period can increase the peak milk production of dairy cows, promote the advancement of the peak milk production day and significantly reduce the number of somatic cells, and alleviate the postpartum energy of dairy cows negatively stable.
