摘要
目的研究盐酸多奈哌齐联合奥氮平治疗阿尔茨海默病精神行为症状的临床效果及安全性。方法将遂溪县人民医院2018年3月至2020年3月收治的50阿尔茨海默病精神行为症状患者分为对照组与观察组,每组各25例。其中,对照组给予奥氮平治疗,观察组接受盐酸多奈哌齐联合奥氮平治疗。评价两组患者的精神状态、精神行为症状、临床疗效、不良反应以及生活质量情况。结果治疗后,对照组患者的BEHAVE-AD评分明显比观察组患者更高,MMSE、QOL-AD评分则明显比观察组患者更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的治疗总有效率高达92.00%,大幅优于对照组患者的72.00%(P<0.05)。对照组患者的临床不良反应发生率为16.00%,与观察组患者的12.00%相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论盐酸多奈哌齐联合奥氮平治疗阿尔茨海默病精神行为症状的临床效果确切,能显著改善患者的精神状态和精神行为症状,控制临床不良反应,提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To study the clinical effect and safety of donepezil hydrochloride combined with olanzapine in the treatment of behavioral and mental symptoms of Alzheimer’s disease.Methods 50 patients with mental and behavioral symptoms of Alzheimer’s disease in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were divided into control group and observation group,25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with olanzapine,and the observation group was treated with donepezil hydrochloride combined with olanzapine.The mental state,mental and behavioral symptoms,clinical efficacy,adverse reactions and quality of life of the two groups were evaluated.Results After treatment,the BEHAVE-AD scores of the control group were significantly higher than those of the observation group,while MMSE and QOL-AD scores were significantly lower than those of the observation group,and there was statistical significance(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.00%,significantly better than 72.00%of the control group,and there was statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of clinical adverse reactions in the control group was 16.00%,and compared with 12.00%in the observation group,there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of donepezil hydrochloride combined with olanzapine in the treatment of mental and behavioral symptoms of Alzheimer’s disease is exact,which can significantly improve the mental state and mental and behavioral symptoms of patients,control clinical adverse reactions,and improve the quality of life of patients.
