摘要
目的:研究临床护理中人性化护理管理的效果及安全性。方法:选取2018年6月-2020年12月浠水县人民医院收治患者96例,随机单盲法分为两组,各48例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组采取人性化护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组患者护理后焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理投诉、护理纠纷、风险事件的发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理质量各项评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:人性化护理管理是临床护理的重要内容,可提升护理质量,减少不良事件的出现。
Objective:To study the effect and safety of humanized nursing management in clinical nursing.Methods:From June 2018 to December 2020,96 patients were selected from Xishui County People's Hospital and were randomLy divided into two groups by the single-blind method,with 48 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing.The observation group was given humanized nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:In the observation group,the scores of anxiety and depression after nursing were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the incidences of nursing complaints,nursing disputes and risk events were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of nursing quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Humanized nursing management is an important part of clinical nursing,which can improve nursing quality and reduce the occurrence of adverse events.
